Every build comes with a support period once the site is live:

How long does a site take to build?
Most small business sites take a few weeks from the first conversation to launch. The part that usually sets the pace is how clearly you describe what you want. The more specific you are, the fewer changes the designer has to make after your feedback.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, a handful of photos, and a rough idea of what each page should say. We write and arrange the rest, and you check it as it comes together, round by round, before it goes live.
Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Sometimes. It depends what it was built on and what is wrong with it. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether it is quicker to fix or to start again.
Does it include hosting and a domain?
Hosting and ongoing upkeep are quoted with the build, so you know the cost before any work starts. If you do not have a domain name yet, we can help you get one sorted.
Will it be set up for Google?
The basics are built in from the start: page titles and descriptions, sensible page structure, fast loading and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
What happens after it launches?
For 60 days after launch we fix bugs, help with minor issues related to the original build, and run security or maintenance checks. After that, if you keep us on for upkeep, we keep it updated, backed up and running, and we make the changes you ask for. A site that nobody maintains is how small businesses end up with a broken contact form for six months.
